'She had gone to Nursing School as soon as she graduated from High School and had worked as a nurse until her death. She was very devoted to her animals, numerous cats, a dog, turtles, birds, pet rat, rabbit and, of course, her horse. She enjoyed driving her little pink and white Suzuki 4x4 and also her Kawasaki motorcycle. She loved the outdoors and would camp, ride, hike or just explore the tiniest object found on the forest floor or beach. She enjoyed gymnastics (even taught it for a while), kayaking, canoeing and swimming. She was very creative and could do almost anything from repairing her motocycle seat to creating her own bridles and halters and so much in between." (notes by Linda Van Egdom - 30th August 2004)
