1891 census; living at 21 Glading Terrace, Hackney, head of house name given as 'Walter' with occupation reading as 'cellarman' and age as 23 years. Is this correct? Is it really John Joseph who would be 43? 'Walter' is shown to be living with wife, Mary Jane and sons John Wm, Thomas Hy, and Alfred Geo with correct ages and places of birth.

CELLARMAN / CELLARER is a person who looks after the beer, wines and spirits in public houses or the warehouse. Could also be a person who sold or stored wines and spirits. (www.btinternet.com/~rayment/general/occupations/27_11_2_2C.html)
