First Generation
1. John PENFOLD 1 [3166], son of Edward PENFOLD ( -1820) [2676] and Frusannah BROWN (bur.1812) [2680], was born on 2 April 1803 in Ifield. He died in 1836 in Reigate. He was buried on 9 October 1836 in Reigate. 2 At some point he married Hannah HOLBROOK [3168] .
Hannah HOLBROOK 1 [3168] married on 4 January 1848 in Christ Church Hoyton. She and John PENFOLD had the following children:

Second Generation
2. Thomas PENFOLD 1 [3164], son of John PENFOLD [3166] and Hannah HOLBROOK [3168], was born on 9 November 1828 in Reigate. 3 He died on 4 April 1872 in Meadvale, Reigate. At some point he married Harriet Hannah HUMPHREY [3170] .
Harriet Hannah HUMPHREY 1 [3170] was born in 1829. 4 She died on 20 May 1873 in Meadvale. Reigate. She and Thomas PENFOLD had the following children:

Third Generation
6. Thomas PENFOLD 1 [3171], son of Thomas PENFOLD [3164] and Harriet Hannah HUMPHREY [3170], was born on 6 August 1858. He died on 15 July 1860 in Meadvale, Reigate.
7. Harriet PENFOLD 1 [3172], daughter of Thomas PENFOLD [3164] and Harriet Hannah HUMPHREY [3170], was born on 9 November 1860. She died on 26 January 1884 in New Zealand.
8. Emma PENFOLD 1 [3163], daughter of Edward PENFOLD [3160] and Mary HARMAN [3161], was born on 30 September 1857 in Brighton. 6 She married Arthur John HEAD [3175] after 1908. She died on 12 March 1946 in East Surrey Hospital, Redhill.

10. Ellen PENFOLD 1 [3180], daughter of Edward PENFOLD [3160] and Mary HARMAN [3161], was born on 6 March 1861. 8 She died on 16 September 1880 in Reigate.

15. Edward Norman PENFOLD 1 [3183], son of Edward PENFOLD [3162] and Fanny Matilda MILLER [3176], was born on 6 January 1897 in Reigate. He died on 29 May 1918 in action - Eastern Front.
16. Winifred Mary PENFOLD 1 [3178], daughter of Edward PENFOLD [3162] and Fanny Matilda MILLER [3176], was born in 1899. She died on 31 May 1972.
Died 31 May 1972 in Sanitorium at Cane Hill. Left rather more than £4000 being accumulated rental income on property in Reigate. Balance held by Trustee and distributed to all known relatives. (Molly 's share was 1/36th).
17. Alice Ruth PENFOLD 1 [3177], daughter of Edward PENFOLD [3162] and Fanny Matilda MILLER [3176], was born in June 1905.
18. Doris Edith PENFOLD 1 [3133], daughter of Thomas PENFOLD [3131] and Edith May DAVIES [3132], was born on 18 March 1895 in Reigate. She married Frank Sidney SARGENT [3139] on 20 July 1918 in Reigate. She married Granville Tracy MONTAGUE [3140] in 1956. She died on 15 August 1982 in Dorking.

Ralph Ashley LOCKETT 1 [3129] was born on 18 June 1913 in Silverdale, Staffs. He died on 16 January 1987 in Reigate.
Fifth Generation
24. Thomas Michael PENFOLD 1 [3142], son of Thomas Oswald Douglas PENFOLD [3137] and Edna DAWKINS [3141], was born on 7 May 1928. He died in September 2005 (approx.) in Leeds General Hospital.
