Harry VAN DER WESTHUIZEN [4550] was born on 15 February 1954. He died on 15 March 2006.
12. Carol Merle PENFOLD [4539] was the daughter of Cecil Mortimer PENFOLD [4527] and Margaret CLARK [4530].
